21 weeks and Uncle Brian comes to visit!

We were all under the weather this week so it has been very quiet (with the exception of sniffles) around the Townsend household. Coop had his first fever and mommy was very sad for the little guy. He has recovered very well and now both mom and dad are suffering from nasty colds!

Uncle Brian was in town this week for a convention and came to spend the night with us. We had a great time and Cooper had a lot of fun visiting with his uncle. We miss you Brian and it was great to see you!

Cooper has some new tricks to share this week! He has started to hold his own bottle at rice cereal time and has the basic gist down of bringing the bottle up to face and tilting. We also got him a sippy cup to practice holding and he grips the sides and brings it up to his face! He is growing up so fast!

He is also sitting up on his own while supported by the boppy pillow. Not too much longer and he will be sitting up by himself! We also joined a new gym this week. I am so excited because they offer a tennis league and have a resort style pool so we can cool off on these 113 degree days! They also offer childcare so it will allow both me and Troy to have some "me" time. :)
